Summary
This study tests a new method that uses a person's own skin cells to help wounds heal faster after skin grafts, flap surgery, or stitches. About 1000 people will take part, with half getting the cell treatment plus standard care and half getting standard care alone. The goal is to see if the cell therapy leads to quicker and more complete wound closure with less scarring.
