New wound therapy shows promise for diabetic foot ulcers

Summary
This study tested a special two-step wound treatment for people with diabetes who have foot ulcers that won't heal. 44 adults received a staged application of Endoform and Symphony dressings. The goal was to see if the ulcers could fully close within 12 weeks, and to track healing time, wound size reduction, and quality of life changes.
