NCT ID NCT07264712

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether teaching patients about wound care with the help of artificial intelligence can improve their knowledge, confidence in self-care, and recovery quality after hip or knee replacement surgery. About 50 adults having their first joint replacement will take part. Half will get the AI-assisted education, and the other half will receive standard care. The goal is to see if the extra teaching leads to better outcomes.
