Summary
This study looks at whether brief exercise and hands-on therapy sessions done at work can reduce pain and improve daily function in office workers with long-term back or neck pain. About 60 participants will receive either real or sham manual therapy alongside exercise. The goal is to see if this practical workplace approach helps people feel better and stay productive.
