Summary
This study surveys 600 nurses, psychologists, and doctors in German psychiatric clinics to understand how job demands and resources affect their well-being and the quality of care they provide. Researchers will measure burnout, engagement, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions using an online questionnaire. The goal is to identify key factors that can be improved to create healthier work environments and better patient care.
