Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-month lifestyle program, which includes group sessions and one-on-one support from a nurse, dietitian, and exercise specialist, can help women aged 35-75 with obesity improve their weight, heart health, and body image. Some participants may also use GLP-1 weight-loss medication as part of their regular care. The study does not give out medication but observes outcomes over time.
