Summary
This study looks at medical records of 20 people with Wolfram syndrome to find out why they have fecal incontinence (loss of bowel control). Researchers will also check for related problems like urinary issues, sleep apnea, and swallowing troubles. The goal is to better understand the condition, not to test a new treatment.
