Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental pill called WJ22096 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) who have run out of standard options. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 20 or more participants will be enrolled across three stages: dose finding, dose confirmation, and efficacy testing.
