Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral drug called WJ05129 in people with advanced solid tumors that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs it might help control the cancer. The trial was divided into parts testing the pill alone and in combination with a common chemotherapy drug.
