Summary
This study tested whether a numbing medicine called ropivacaine, given during surgery, could better control pain in the first 24 hours after having all four wisdom teeth removed. It compared the medicine against a placebo (a shot with no active drug) in 100 patients. Researchers measured pain levels, painkiller use, and recovery time to see which option worked better.
