New hope for High-Risk MCL: targeted therapy combo shows promise

NCT ID NCT07257055

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving the drug glofitamab after an initial treatment with BTKi and rituximab can better control high-risk mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in people who have not been treated before. About 30 adults with newly diagnosed, high-risk MCL will receive this two-step approach. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how well the treatment works.
