Summary
This study looks at whether eating wild blueberries can help with joint pain and inflammation in adults with arthritis. Fifty participants will eat either blueberry powder or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut health, blood markers of inflammation, and self-reported pain. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can ease symptoms.
