Summary

This study is testing whether eating wild blueberries can improve gut health and reduce joint pain in adults with arthritis. Fifty participants will take a blueberry powder or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, inflammation markers, and pain levels to see if the blueberries help.
