First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether whole-body photobiomodulation (light therapy) helps professional soccer players recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, and improve performance during an 8-week championship. Twenty-four male players aged 18-35 will receive either real or sham light therapy after training. The goal is to see if this non-invasive treatment can ease muscle pain and boost strength and jump height.
