Summary
This study tests whether using the World Health Organization's Labour Care Guide instead of the standard partograph can reduce the number of cesarean sections. About 174 pregnant women in active labor will be randomly assigned to one of two monitoring methods. The goal is to see if the new guide leads to fewer C-sections.
