Simple white drape could help newborns beat jaundice faster
NCT ID NCT07156721
Summary
This study tested whether adding a white reflective drape around a standard light therapy device could improve treatment for newborn jaundice. Researchers compared 102 newborns receiving light therapy with or without the drape. They measured how quickly bilirubin levels dropped and how long babies needed to stay in the hospital.
