Summary
This study looks at whether drinking a wheat-based fermented beverage every day for 4 weeks changes the bacteria in your gut and mouth, and affects blood sugar, cholesterol, and weight. It involves 20 healthy adults with a normal body weight. The goal is to learn more about how fermented foods might influence health, not to treat any disease.
