Summary
This study looks at whether simple psychology and music exercises—like special breathing and reframing anxious thoughts—can lower anxiety and improve wellbeing in middle and high school choir students. About 200 teens will try these techniques during choir class. Researchers will compare surveys and interviews before and after to see if there's a real benefit.
