App delivers happiness boost to stressed students

Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that sends short, positive psychology exercises to college students when they are feeling down. The goal is to see if these personalized prompts can improve happiness, life satisfaction, and reduce stress. About 354 healthy college students will participate, and their well-being will be measured through surveys and interviews.
