Summary
This study looks at whether sleeping with a weighted blanket before breast surgery can lower anxiety and reduce pain after the operation. About 168 adults will use either a heavier or lighter blanket for up to 3 months and report their anxiety and pain levels. The goal is to see if blanket weight can help people feel calmer before surgery and hurt less afterward.
