Summary
This study tested a 20-week program for teens aged 13-17 who struggle with weight stigma and negative self-judgment about their weight. The program combined support for weight bias with a standard weight management plan. The main goal was to see if teens found the program acceptable and easy to stick with. 17 teens took part, and researchers gathered feedback to improve the approach.
