Summary
This study tests whether a weight loss program delivered through a patient portal can help overweight adults lose weight and lower their cancer risk. About 229 participants will be randomly assigned to either an active program with coaching and tools or a comparison group with basic education. The main goal is to see who loses more weight after 12 months.
