Summary
This study is for people who already completed a year-long weight loss trial with the GZR18 injection. It tests whether switching to a shot every 4 weeks for 24 weeks can safely maintain or further reduce body weight. About 500 adults with overweight or obesity will take part, while keeping a regular diet and exercise routine.
