Summary
This study tests a daily injection called TCMCB07 in 120 people with newly diagnosed colorectal cancer who are starting chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can help patients maintain body weight and muscle mass, and reduce side effects like loss of appetite. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, starting from their second chemo cycle.
