Summary
This early-phase trial is testing how the drug adavosertib affects the DNA of tumor cells in 38 people with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer before they have surgery. The goal is to learn how the drug changes the cancer's DNA, which may help doctors plan better treatments in the future. Participants take the drug for up to 28 days before surgery, and researchers compare their tumor samples before and after treatment.
