Inclusion Criteria: * Histologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma * Internet access * Able to read and understand English Exclusion Criteria: * Evidence of nodal metastases * Evidence of distant metastases * Prior surgery, chemotherapy, pelvic radiation or prostate brachytherapy for prostate cancer
