Summary
This study checks if wearable devices like movement sensors, headbands, and pulse oximeters can accurately track sleep stages in children and teens aged 3 to 18. Results will be compared to standard sleep lab tests. The goal is to make sleep disorder diagnosis easier and more accessible.
