Summary
This study compares traditional in-person rehabilitation with a remote intelligent system using a wearable device for people with frozen shoulder. About 42 adults aged 40-60 will participate to see if the smart system can improve shoulder movement and reduce pain just as well as standard therapy. The goal is to make rehab more convenient and accessible.
