First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding a wearable posture feedback device to an exercise program helps office workers with chronic neck pain. 52 participants did exercises for 8 weeks, with half also wearing a device that buzzes when they slouch. The goal was to see if the device improves pain, neck movement accuracy, and muscle function. Results may help desk workers find simple ways to reduce discomfort.
