Summary

This study aims to better understand how poor sleep influences seizures in adults with hard-to-control epilepsy. Researchers will use a comfortable, wearable EEG headband to monitor participants' sleep and brain activity at home over time. The goal is to create a personalized tool that can predict an individual's seizure risk based on their sleep patterns.
