Summary

This study is testing whether a wearable device called Apollo can help reduce burnout and stress in physicians. The device emits gentle vibrations intended to improve mood and focus. 50 doctors will wear the device and complete surveys about their stress levels and burnout before and after using it to see if it makes a difference.
