Summary

This study will test a new wearable device that tracks body rhythms in 30 adults—some healthy, some with sleep apnea, and some with insomnia. Participants will wear the device and provide saliva samples to compare how well the wearable measures internal body time. The goal is to see if the device can accurately monitor circadian rhythms without invasive tests.
