Summary

This study tested whether a water flosser or an interdental brush is better at removing plaque and reducing gum inflammation in people with braces. 75 adults with fixed braces used one tool on each side of their mouth for 3 months. The goal was to find which tool keeps teeth and gums healthier during orthodontic treatment.
