Study tests different water volumes to ease Post-Cancer bowel distress

Summary
This study is comparing two ways of using water enemas to help people who have ongoing bowel problems after surgery for rectal cancer. Twenty participants with significant symptoms will try both a high-volume system and a standard low-volume enema for two months each. The goal is to see which method better reduces bowel symptoms and improves quality of life.
