Summary

This study looks at how two types of exercise—walking and cycling—affect certain proteins in the blood that are linked to autophagy, the body's way of cleaning out damaged cells. Forty healthy men aged 18-35 who exercise regularly will have their blood tested before and after each activity. The goal is to learn more about how different exercises trigger cellular cleanup, without any treatment or long-term follow-up.
