NCT ID NCT05980676
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at whether giving people a personalized walking plan and a series of emails could help them start a regular weekday outdoor walking routine. About 150 adults who were not very active took part. Some received just the plan and emails, others got extra coaching via email, and a control group was told to try on their own. The main goal was to see if daily step counts increased more in the groups that got the plans and emails.
