New device aims to improve walking in rare nerve disease

Summary

This study tests a device called MR-C-014 to see if it is safe and acceptable for people with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) who have trouble walking. About 30 adults aged 18-70 will use the device for 8 weeks, walking 3 times per week. Researchers will measure how often participants use it and any side effects, as well as changes in walking distance.
