Summary
This study monitors the safety of the drug VYLOY in 377 people in South Korea with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. Participants receive VYLOY as part of their normal care, and researchers track side effects and how long the cancer stays stable. The goal is to gather real-world safety information, not to test a new treatment.
