Summary
This study tested a new drug called vudalimab combined with chemotherapy as a first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It compared this combination to the standard treatment of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy. The trial was stopped early after enrolling 28 participants, and its goal was to find the right dose and see if the new combination worked better at controlling the disease.
