Summary
This study compares virtual reality (VR) therapy to standard balance exercises for people with chronic dizziness. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 18-70 who have had dizziness for over 3 months due to inner ear problems. The goal is to see if VR can improve dizziness and balance better than traditional therapy.
