Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) for relaxation can help reduce pain and improve sleep after hip or knee replacement surgery, compared to traditional relaxation exercises. About 82 adults who have had hip or knee replacement will take part. The goal is to see if VR offers a better way to manage recovery discomfort.
