Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality (VR) or computer-based simulation helps nursing students learn ECG better than traditional lab practice. 90 first-year nursing students took part. They attended a lecture, then were split into three groups for a 90-minute training session. Their knowledge, practical skills, and motivation were tested before and one week after training.
