Summary

This study tests whether combining treadmill exercise with virtual reality games can improve movement, thinking, and quality of life in adults up to age 75. Sixty participants will either do VR-enhanced treadmill training or a control activity for 5 weeks. The goal is to see if this fun, engaging approach can reduce fall risk and boost daily function.
