Summary
This study tested whether a virtual reality training program could help 7-8 year old children learn to cross streets more safely. 98 healthy, English-speaking children were split into three groups: street-side training, VR training, or no training. Researchers measured how well children chose safe crossing spots and gaps in traffic, aiming to prevent pedestrian injuries.
