Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week virtual reality training program could improve attention and shooting accuracy in competitive 10-meter air pistol athletes. 134 healthy athletes aged 20-26 were split into three groups: VR training, traditional exercise, or health education videos. Researchers measured shooting scores, eye movements, and brain activity to see if VR training offers an edge.
