Summary
This study is testing whether virtual reality training can help improve balance and stability in people with long-term low back pain. Researchers are enrolling 32 adults aged 30-40 with chronic back pain to try VR exercises. The goal is to see if this technology-based approach can reduce fall risk and improve movement control for people struggling with persistent back discomfort.
