Summary
This study aims to see if a virtual reality (VR) version of the Timed Up and Go test, a standard mobility assessment, is as accurate and reliable as the traditional version. Researchers will compare results from the VR test with the standard test in 60 healthy adults aged 18-30. The goal is to improve testing consistency and reduce human error.
