VR headset used to fight VR sickness

NCT ID NCT07318142

Summary

This study tested whether a special exercise program using virtual reality (VR) could help people who get sick from using VR. Forty-six young adults, half with VR-induced motion sickness, participated. The program involved watching immersive travel videos through a VR headset twice a week for a month to help their brains and balance systems adapt.
