Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality exposure therapy can improve balance and reduce fear of falling in older adults with psychomotor disadaptation syndrome. Twenty-four participants will use VR to practice standing and moving in safe, simulated environments. Researchers will measure balance changes before, right after, and 24 hours after the VR session.
