Summary
This study looked at whether a computer-based virtual reality simulation could improve nursing students' knowledge, self-confidence, and satisfaction when learning how to provide oral care to unconscious patients. Sixty-eight first-year nursing students in Turkey took part in a randomized controlled experiment. The goal was to see if VR is a better teaching tool than traditional methods for this important nursing skill.
