Summary
This completed study tested a virtual reality (VR) game called Memo-gration to help older adults in nursing homes retrieve memories and improve their mood. The game used vintage Chinese scenes and interactive prompts to spark conversations with caregivers. Thirty-six older adults without major cognitive or sensory issues took part. Researchers measured changes in mood and the VR experience.
